Beginner Obedience / Rally Instructor
Tammy has been part of the Up Front team for over 10 years . After enjoying Terri’s obedience classes, Tammy was hooked! She began competing in obedience trials, and became interested in rally. With the support of some experienced competitors, Tammy taught herself the rally signs and behaviors. She was invited to the Rally Nationals, placing in the top 10 dogs her first time competing.
Tammy is positive, supportive and understanding and encourages building a strong relationship with your dog. In addition to teaching our Thursday Rally classes, you may find her supporting the Tuesday Obedience classes, especially Competition Basic. When she’s not teaching, you may find her working her own dog in Obedience, Rally, Scent work, and tracking. Tammy is also one of the acting judges for our dog match shows and Show N Go’s.
